Medley Fleet Street to Open New Cafè/Bistro and Venue @ The Historic Times Building

Dublin, December 2015 – CBRE announced today that top celebrity Chef Andrew Rudd has signed a new long term lease on Unit 7, The Times Building and will formally launch the new Medley in February.

Medley Fleet Street will be a stunning, double height glass fronted multi-purpose venue. It has a large mezzanine over a ground floor and will trade from a 421 sq.m. (4,528 sq.ft.) unit which occupies a high profile position on Fleet Street. Medley will incorporate a café & bistro, together with a venue catering for Corporate Dining, Weddings, Birthdays, Photo-shoots, TV Shows, Filming, Fashion shows and Corporate Team building.

Celebrity chef Andrew Rudd commented “We are thrilled to be working with CBRE and Kennedy Wilson Europe on bringing Medley to The Times Building. This is a new chapter for Medley and a very exciting one as well. Through organic growth, hard work, and tremendous support from our staff, customers and suppliers over the last few years, we are ready to launch our new café & bistro alongside our existing venue hire business”.

The remaining units range in size from approx. 103 sq. m. to 421 sq. m. and benefit from attractive neo Georgian facades in keeping with the areas historical fabric. These units are well serviced by nearby Trinity College, bustling Temple Bar and the strong links between Grafton Street and Henry Street that draw shoppers back and forth to both sides of the Liffey.

Having recently launched the scheme, we are delighted to welcome Medley as a new addition to The Times Building. This building presents an excellent opportunity for specialist retailers to design creative spaces in a unique and prominent city centre location.

The Addition of Medley together with other new dynamic retailers will revitalise D’Olier Street and reaffirm its primary role as an important connection between the north side and south side of the city.
