Laurence McCabe Appointed as Advisor to CBRE Ireland
Dublin, June 26 2014 | Commercial property consultants CBRE announce that Laurence McCabe, a leading and respected commercial property expert, has joined CBRE Ireland as a consultant.
Laurence has over 50 years’ experience in property and is a recognized leader in the sector both in Ireland and internationally. In addition to a successful career as advisor to corporate and individual clients, he is also a former President and now an Honorary Fellow of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute; an Elected Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; a former Executive Committee member and the 35th World President of the FIABCI; and a member of the IAC of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). Laurence is one of just three certified SIOR designate members in Ireland.
Laurence has advised clients through many business and property cycles which provides him with a unique insight and perspective into the industry. Over the last 25 years, Laurence has focused on the commercial property sector, including sales, acquisitions and valuations of commercial and industrial property for both corporate and individual clients. This experience will be invaluable both to CBRE and to its clients as the Irish commercial property market enters an exciting period of growth.
