Dublin,  09 November 2016 – Joint agents, CBRE and Morrissey’s, have confirmed their instructions to offer the landmark Camden De Luxe Hotel and Entertainment Complex, Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2 to the market for sale by private treaty.

The Camden de Luxe is one of Dublin’s most well-known and popular late night venues which

is located within one of the city’s premier entertainment areas around Camden Street affectionately known as the "Camden Quarter". This area is a renowned focal point for night time and weekend entertainment with an eclectic mix of bars, restaurants, nightclubs and popular hotels.
