The Former Naas Mart site occupies a high profile position on the M7, offering 370m of direct profile onto the M7 Motorway close to Junction 10. It’s a strategic location for industrial and logistics occupiers providing direct routes to Dublin, Limerick (M7), Cork (M8) and Waterford (M9).

The lands are zoned NE1 providing sites for industrial and in particular warehousing uses, at locations which are outside the built-up area of Naas. Kildare County Council has granted an extension of duration on planning up to and including the 13/02/2018 (subject to the terms and conditions of the planning permission).

Access to the site is via Junction 10 and R409. This access will be further enhanced with the approval of a Kildare County Council/ National Roads Authority upgrade of Junction 10 involving the provision of new roundabout junctions to provide direct access to the motorway. Due to commence in April 2017.
