DERRIAGHY INDUSTRIAL PARK INSTRUCTION FOR CBRE BELFAST

CB Richard Ellis have recently been appointed as the sole letting agents for Derriaghy Industrial Park, the Cutts, Dunmurry, on behalf of a private retained client.

The Industrial park is set in over 12 acres and comprises approx 150, 000 sq ft of warehouse and office accommodation. It was constructed in the early 1970s and is the site of the former Grundig and Burgear factories, adjacent to the old Delorean Car plant now occupied by Montupet.

Existing occupiers within the Park include British Telecom, Nulife Engineering ltd, The Carvill Group, SOS Restoration Ltd and Faith Mission Bookshops. The remaining tenants are small local businesses ranging from Photographic Studio and Picture Framing to Car Mechanics and Light Engineering.

Derriaghy Industrial Park primarily provides a range of small warehouse/distribution units from c 1000 sq ft upwards offered on economical rents and flexible lease terms from one to three years. On top of this there are several larger units let to tenants on long term leases.

Gareth McGimpsey from CBRE in Belfast commented that “the units offered at Derriaghy are definitely filling a gap in the market created by the current economic downturn.”

CBRE will also look after all rent reviews and lease renewals at the Park.
