ConsenSys chooses Silicon Docks for EMEA HQ

DUBLIN, February 2019 – CBRE have acquired 5,800sq ft of office space at Shelbourne Plaza, Grand Canal on behalf of the international leading Blockchain company, ConsenSys. The tech company has agreed a ten-year lease at a headline rent of €50 per sq ft. ConsenSys have completed extensive fit-out works and plan to showcase the new office as their EMEA headquarters.
