Dublin, 20 October 2017 – CBRE have completed one of the highest profile industrial disposals in recent years with the successful sale of the former Electrolux HQ facility on the Naas Road.
The Former Electrolux facility is one of the most iconic buildings on the Naas Road. The property extends to 8,559 sq. m (92,130 sq. ft.) is situated on a high profile site of approx. 4.70 acres (1.9 ha). This detached HQ fronting Naas Road is situated on a secure site accessed via the Robinhood Road off Long Mile Road.
The Naas Road (N7) links directly to the M50 motorway by means of a full interchange, thus making the property easily accessible to all of the main national routes leading to and from the city.
