New Appointment For CBRE’s Development Land & Consultancy Division

Dublin, November 2014 – CBRE has strengthened its development team with the appointment of Robert Colleran, who has re-joined the CBRE Ireland team as Director Development Land & Consultancy.

Robert has a proven track record in commercial lettings, having let office accommodation to Google, The Law Society of Ireland, Health Information Quality Authority, Norkom, Version 1 Software, OPW. Having previously worked for developer Liam Carroll, Robert was involved in site acquisitions/negotiations and managed the lettings process of a large portfolio of commercial properties. Most recently, Robert worked as Commercial & Investment Director at Allsops, where he was involved in a wide range of commercial property mandates - handling the sale of large commercial & investment properties throughout Ireland and the acquisition of development sites on behalf of his retained clients.
