Carraig Donn To Open New Store In Harbour Place Shopping Centre, Mullingar
Dublin, November 2016 – CBRE letting agents announced that a new lease agreement has been signed by the fashion and gift wear retailer, Carraig Donn, in Harbour Place Shopping Centre, Mullingar.
The Mayo based retailer is Ireland’s premier retailer of Fashion, Jewellery and Giftware which has 35 stores across Ireland will trade from approx. 2,300 sq.ft unit within the scheme. Carraig Donn have taken a new 10 year lease and are due to open towards the end of this month.

Harbour Place Shopping Centre occupies a strategic location in the largest urban center in County Westmeath, less than an hour’s drive from Dublin City Centre. Major employers in the town include Capmark, FBD Insurance, Trend Technologies and Lidl Distribution Centre. We understand the catchment population is in the region of c. 54,500 to include Mullingar, Longford, Tullamore, Edenderry, Trim and Kells.
The scheme is currently anchored by Dunnes Stores and is home to a mix of local and national tenants including Boots, Peter Mark, Holland & Barrett and Carphone Warehouse.
