5 New Retail Units To Let In Tallaght Village Launched Adjoining New State Of The Art Lidl Store

DUBLIN, 09 November 2016 - CBRE have today launched 5 new retail units including a Café to let in Tallaght Village. The units form part of the new Lidl Ireland Headquarters Campus and will be available for tenant fit-out from Q3 2017. Lidl are currently constructing a new 30,000 sq ft state of the art store at the site which is due to open in December of this year. Once the new Lidl store is open the existing store will be redeveloped to create 5 modern new retail units including a Café. Units sizes are of approx. 3,500 sq ft, will be fitted with glazed shop-fronts and benefit from a large surface car park.
