Dublin, February 2016 - CBRE have been instructed to dispose of a 0.57 hectare (1.41 acre) site at Millennium Park, Naas, Co. Kildare which benefits from full planning permission for a petrol filling station extending to 407 sq m (4,381 sq. ft.). The property zoned Q – Enterprise & Employment - under the Kildare County Development Plan 2011 – 2017 provides extensive frontage onto the Western Distributor Road which is the main thoroughfare linking Naas with the neighboring town of Newbridge.

The site, available for sale by Private Treaty, forms part of the extensive land holding (135 hectares / 333.45 acres) acquired by Tetrarch Capital in September 2015.

In addition to improved accessibility to Dublin City, Airport and M50 via the recently upgraded Newlands Cross, Millennium Park boasts a very strong occupier mix including Kerry Group, LIDL, AIB, GEA, State Street Bank (IFS Ireland) Ltd, The Commissioner of Public Works, Horse Sport Ireland, OFS (Oil Field Solutions) and SGS Ireland Ltd.

Planning permission for the M7 interchange (Osberstown Interchange) with direct access to the Naas Western Distributor Road was granted by An Bord Pleanála in September 2014.
