Cross Eyes Opticians To Occupy Unit 1 The Times Building

CBRE Have Completed The Letting To UK Opticians Cross Eyes

DUBLIN, 30th Aug 2017 – CBRE have completed the letting of Unit 1, The Times Building on D’olier Street to Danish opticians Cross Eyes. Unit 1 measures 1,077 sq. ft. (NIA) including a. ground floor retail unit of 603 sq. ft. and a mezzanine level of 404 sq. ft. Cross Eyes have taken the premises on a 10 year lease at a rent of €30,000 per annum (€28 per sq. ft.). Cross Eyes will join a number of high quality retailers in The Times Building including Benefit Cosmetics, House of Colour and Medley.

CBRE are now seeking tenants for the three remaining units in The Times Building which range in size from 1,550 sq. ft. to 4,100 sq. ft. and have prominent frontage onto D’olier Street. Pedestrian volumes on D’olier Street are high and continuously rising in line with the increased traffic between north and south city centre.

Quoting rents on the remaining units are starting in the region of €236 per sq. m. (€22 per sq. ft.). The units have recently been fitted to a CAT A specification and are ready for tenant fit out.
